Our disaster service includes a fast emergency roof survey to access the damage and a plan to temporary dry-in your building till major repairs can be made.
If the your roof is under warranty, CRC works with the manufacturer to maintain your roof’s current warranty status. This includes using approved materials and contractors to make all necessary repairs.
CRC will coordinate contractors and suppliers to start the major repairs or roof replacement after the initial emergency dry-in has been completed.
CRC works with your insurance company and risk management personnel to create a “Project Data File”, including cost estimates, contracts, documents, specifications, roof plans, roof details, failure mode analysis and onsite monitoring with digital photos of the damaged roof areas before and after the repairs.
