- Visual inspection of the existing deck, roof system including flashings and all connected and roof related system components.
- Survey of reported or discovered damage.
- Photographic digital record of existing roof conditions.
- Report of Audit and inspection findings in a PDF format and paper format.
- Recommendations for all necessary corrective actions.
- Condition assessment & estimated current replacement value.
The fee for these basic professional services per building is as follows:

$ 550.00 plus travel expenses |

20,001 to 50,000 square feet |
$ 725.00 plus travel expenses |

50,001 to 100,000 square feet |
$ 975.00 plus travel expenses |

100,001 sq. ft. to 150,000 sq. ft. |
$1,500.00 plus travel expenses

Cost of "on the roof" additional services such as moisture detection surveys, core cuts, forensic leak investigation, material failure assessments, energy surveys and laboratory testing if neeeded are not reflected in the above fee schedule and will vary from project to project. A cost estimate of these and other CRC professional services can be provided after the initial basic roof audit & survey.
